Hello, I am W. Reid Smith owner and broker in charge
of REID Real Estate. I have been a licensed realtor for
32 years and I am licensed in both Carolinas.

I live in the southern part of York County and I have
marketed and sold properties in Chester, Lancaster,
Cherokee, Fairfield, Kershaw, Mecklenburg and
Union counties.

After graduating from Winthrop College I worked with
C&S Bank in Columbia from 1980 to 1984.
I left the bank to work with Omni Outdoor Advertising where
I searched for properties to erect billboards on, negotiate a
lease with the land owner and aquire all the necessary
permits to buld the signs.

In 1986 I started a log home sales and construction business.
In addition to log homes I built decks, garages and sold
gazebos, storage sheds and horse barns.

I know my past work experiences have been a great
help and source of knowlege for my real estate career.
